Food Industry Counter Flow Evaporative condenser introduction
The evaporative condenser is composed of a cooling pipe set, a packing, a water sprinkler, an axial flow fan, a sump, a water pump, a water collector, a tank and the like. Food industry counter flow evaporative condenser is mainly used in the food industry.
The spray water is used by the water pump to transport the water in the sump to the spray pipe at the top, and sprays through the nozzle to the surface of the condensing pipe to form a thin water film. Part of the water in the water film evaporates into water vapor, and the rest of the water falls into the sump, and the water supply pump is recycled. The axial flow fan forces air to flow through the coil from the top and the lower part of the side wall. The filler and saturated hot air are discharged into the atmosphere. Part of the water entrained in the air is intercepted by the water collector, effectively controlling the water loss and dissipating to the atmosphere. The water vapor in the system is controlled by the float valve in the system and replenishes the cooling water.
Main advantages of the evaporative condenser
1. Low operating costs
The power of the fan is equivalent to the power consumed by the fan of the cooling tower/condenser system and is approximately 1/3 of the power of the air-cooled condenser fan of the same specification.
2. Investment Saving
The evaporative condenser integrates the cooling tower, condenser, circulating water tank, circulating water pump and water pipe, which reduces equipment such as cooling towers, circulating water pumps and water pipes, and reduces the handling and installation of individual components in the cooling tower/condenser system.
3. Space saving
The evaporative condenser saves valuable space by combining the condenser coil and the cooling tower, and it is not necessary to require a larger pump and piping as the cooling tower/condenser system. Evaporative condensers require only about 50% of the windward area of an air-cooled condenser of the same specification.
