At present, with the development of the market, the outer casing of the refrigeration evaporative condenser is mostly made of aluminum-plated zinc plate spray-spraying process. The aluminum-zinc-evaporation condenser made of this plate has the characteristics of stainless steel, does not rust, and looks good. Easy to process. At the time of installation, the unit should be installed on the top of the building or on a flat stand.


At the same time, it should be noted that the exhaust vent of the axial fan of the galvanized evaporative condenser unit must be set reasonably, and the requirement is higher than or at least equal to the top of the circumferential wall to avoid the recirculation of the dehumidifier gas. As for the pipeline arrangement, it should meet the requirements of the refrigeration cycle pipeline installation specification. A balance pipe should be installed between the condenser and the high pressure reservoir to prevent other clogging and return the working fluid to the condenser.


The basic principles that should be followed when two or more galvanized evaporative condensers are used in parallel:


1. The outlet of the condenser should be provided with a liquid u-bend, and the outlet pipe should have enough vertical risers, the height of which is not less than 1500mm;

2. The pressure equalization pipe between the liquid accumulator and the condenser should be connected at the inlet of the condenser.
