Production process and structural requirements of the R717 refrigerator air cooled evaporative condenser
Dec 19, 2018

The refrigeration system of  the R717 refrigerator air cooled evaporative condenser is mainly composed of a compressor, an evaporator, a cold trap, a capillary tube, etc. during the production process. In the refrigeration system, the size and distribution of the evaporator directly affects the cooling capacity and cooling rate of the refrigerator system.

Now the freezer compartment of the above refrigerator is mostly cooled by a multi-heat exchange layer evaporator. The drawer of the freezer compartment is located between the layers of the heat exchange layer of the evaporator. The structure of the evaporator is divided into two types: a wire coil wire tube type and an aluminum plate coil type.

The capillary of  the R717 refrigerator air cooled evaporative condenser acts as a current limiting and pressure build-up in the freezer refrigeration system. Improper configuration of the thickness and length will result in a decrease in cooling capacity.

The configuration of the capillary should be such that the pressure at the outlet of the condenser is 1.1 MPa. For a common freezer (compressor power 105W ~ 160W), a capillary with a diameter of 1mm is suitable for a length of 1.5m to 2.0m.

The diameter of the copper tube of the evaporator of  the R717 refrigerator air cooled evaporative condenser is improper. If the diameter and length of the copper tube for making the evaporator are improper. The diameter of the copper tube of the original evaporator is generally φ6mm or φ8mm (better than φ8mm for maintenance). The length of the copper tube of the evaporator should be seven times for the freezer and two times for the refrigerator.
