GWB Fluid Cooler is an evaporative fluid cooler flexible enough to meet a range of cooling needs.

The closed circuit design keeps the process fluid in a clean, closed loop. The fluid is cooled by recirculating water flowing outside the heat transfer coil.

Features

The cooler uses a combination of a fill medium and a main surface coil to provide significantly improved performance compared to conventional closed circuit coolers.

Process fluid is pumped through the coil

When heat flows outside the coil, heat is transferred from the process fluid to the circulating water

The heated circulating water is pumped from the collection tank to the gravity distribution tank

Evenly distributed on the filling medium and coil, a small part of the circulating water is evaporated, effectively discharging heat to the atmosphere.
