Product details

Condenser Coil: Made of high-quality seamless steel pipes. The coil unit are galvanized entirely to improve the corrosion resistance ability and extend the service time. The coils can also be made by SS-304/316L stainless steel or T2 red copper. Maximum pressure of our coils could reach to 32Mpa.

Spray Pump: Sealed by top quality rotary no-limited machinery seal, no leaking, long lifecycle, small horse power, large flow volume, low noise and high performance.

Axial Fan: Aluminum alloy Axial flow type

Shell: SS-304/316L or imported Aluminum-zinc alloy plate.

Removable Drift Eliminator: PVC material; Make sure that the water loss rate will be less than 0.005%.

Cooling Tower Fill: 100% Original Material PVC Infill, special design with great cooling effect.

1.Q:Your company is a manufacture or trading company?

2.Q:What is the difference between a "counter flow" and a "cross flow" cooling tower?

A: a. The crossflow or counterflow designation characterizes the orientation of the airflow within the heat-transfer media (fill) in the tower with respect to the direction of water flow.

b. In counterflow towers air travels vertically upwards through the fill and makes intimate contact with water droplets falling down through the fill media. Hence the air and water travel in opposite directions.

c. In crossflow cooling towers the air passes through the fill media in a horizontal direction,

thus crossing the downward water flow. Counterflow towers are inherently more efficient than crossflow towers.
